Jean Psarofaghis is one of the best-known figures in the Genevan yachting world.

As one of the project originators, he is also the main builder of the SYZ & CO hydrofoil catamaran.

His shipyard in Vésenaz (Geneva), Psaros SA, has given birth to a myriad of sailing yachts, among which the fabled Toucan series and more recently the Psaros 40. Psaros has always been at the forefront in technology and was an eally adopter of all modern boat building techniques.
